How are your coffee tables packaged?

Packaging of tea table furniture
The first step is to know that the previous process in the packaging process was painting. Therefore, before packaging, the staff needs to check whether the model, specifications, and process are consistent with the work dispatch order;
The second step is for the staff to inspect the product, including its surface smoothness, tenon and tenon condition, and whether the door frame is tight. This includes checking the previous process to ensure that there are no quality issues with the product.
The third step is cleaning. The staff should use soft objects such as cotton yarn and cloth to wipe the furniture to ensure it is clean and dust-free.
Step 4: Wrap the tea table furniture with pearl cotton first, which is used to package the tea table and cause friction with the outside world due to impact. Note that the pearl cotton inside the package should be consistent with the circumference of the product, and the pearl cotton should be clean and free of debris. The pearl cotton should be tightly attached to the product, and sealed tightly with box sealant to ensure that the surface of the furniture is not exposed.
Step 5, nail the feet. Foot nails are made of plastic to prevent friction between furniture and the ground during movement, which can affect the stability of the furniture. You can use a wooden hammer to strike the foot nail for operation.
Step 6: Add corner protectors and edge protectors to the four corners of the furniture.
Step 7: To box furniture, check if the product model, number, and process marked on the box are consistent.
Step 8, followed by the previous step, is to box the furniture. During decoration, everyone should pay attention not to flip it over, the sealing glue should be flat, and the spacing should be consistent.
The ninth step is to nail wooden frames onto the furniture that has already been packed in boxes. Nailing wooden frames requires measuring dimensions, sawing wood, nailing, etc.
